Where Has April Gone?

Well I don't know where the month has gone.......It's already May......This is going to be a good month......It's Jared's 6Th Birthday and Mother's Day....Oh yea and Daddy is actually going to be home for both....First time in a few years.......So we are super excited......I have been busy making cards as always......I really should do a layout......Actually I have done a few lately but have not photographed them yet......Shocking I know......Dominick was picked as student of the quarter so we went to his school to see him get his award and take pictures of course......Tomorrow is May 1st which is Boys Day......This is a new holiday for us well since moving to Hawaii the boys enjoy it because they feel like it's their day......Also in May they have May Day which is Lei Day and the school does a little performance and dances and we listen to music and take pictures......Should be a fun morning.......I think Dominick's school does it every other year because now come to think of it we didn't do it last year........Well enough about that...So I have been sending lots of mail this week and that's good to get stuff out of here.....I create way to many piles.....So I made a card for my friend who is having a baby and some Thank You cards for the other bellaholics that have been sending cards my way.....Thanks for that sistahs.......Have a great evening and Happy May.......Lei Day! Well it's Wednesday.....The week is half way over.....I have been busy this week trying to get things finished in my craft room and getting pictures taken of projects that I have completed....That is a lot of work you know.....So my question is how is it that I have a million uncompleted projects and still find myself starting new ones.......How do I learn to stay on top of one project at a time......My husband claims that it's because I get inspired by something else and yet another great idea comes into my mind and I get side tracked.....Which is a nice thing to say but I'm not so sure that it's true......So my goal is to wrap up all the half completed cards on my desk right now........Hum how will I do that.....Well enough about my bad habits.....Here are a few more cards I have made...I'm such a bellaholic....Hope you enjoy them......Have a great day and just think the week is half way over.......Love Love

Why Do I Just Love Riley?

This is Riley again right........I just love Riley.......So cute and can make such cute little cards......Oh and coloring of course is always fun.......I make these cards with some scraps which is a favorite thing that I do........And get very excited about........I stamped a lot of the images but just got around to coloring them and putting together the cards........We did 5 cards in my card class but no Riley cards maybe the next class.........Hope you enjoy and I will post more later........I have been making a lot of cards........

Is It Friday Yet?

Well things have been busy (as always right) but I have been accomplishing so much and that is such a great feeling......First I finally got all of my window treatments up (after six weeks) and we have the kitchen table back.....No more dinner at the bar......Whoo Hoo......I do have to still finish up the decorative pillows but the other ones are done.......So I'm holding off on taking pictures because I want it to be totally complete before I post them.......I'm so so happy though.....It looks great and even after all the hard work and frustration it was worth it.......Second I have been working on Cards For Heroes and I also enlisted the Chung-Hoon FRG to donate and participate.......So as a group we made 50 Father's Day cards and I have made several Birthday Cards and Anniversary cards to accompany the box........What a great cause and it feels so go to give something back and I get to do it in a way that I love.......Third I have completed my one year term as the Treasurer for the FRG and am turning everything over at our next board meeting........We are also leaving the command so it seems like the perfect time to resign......Fourth Jared got sick and how come he had to do it all over my bed......Even though it was on Dad's side........Dad was gone so I had to handle it........Yuck........He is feeling much better now and back to school........So it just seems like the last five days have just been crazy I tell you.......I have been staying up way to late working on my stuff........So I have been tired.......Not good......I will take pictures tonight and try to get them posted.........I even did a scrapbook page.......Now that has been awhile........I am getting ready for another card class which is always fun........So that's whats been going on here with us in Hawaii.......Hope you have had a great day!

Another Clickabella Card

Hanna But I needed it Thank You Card

Dining Out

We went to the USS Chung Hoon Dining Out in February and had a great time.....It was so fun to get dressed up......I have lived here in Hawaii for five years now and have not once wore a formal dress so it had been awhile......Seeing Vernon in his uniform is always great......He looks so handsome and if I do say so we make a very cute couple......I was looking through some pictures and thought I would share this one......It's one of my favorites........Well I need to get off this computer......But I have more crafty pictures to post so maybe in the morning........Have a great night......

Pro-Bowl 2008

Easter Stuff

Where Have I been?

Where Have I Been????
What a great question........I'm asking myself that question......I have had a lot on my plate I will say......I need to be better about blogging and keep on top of it more.......I will work on that......I do have lots of crafty stuff I have been making.....I even got my pictures off the camera and onto the computer......Not bad I will say......So I will work on getting them onto the blog now.....One thing at a time right......I also want to take pictures of some of the nice RAK that I have got in the mail......I just love getting good mail.....Not boring mail like bills and junk mail......So I will get that moving today.....We had a nice quiet Easter and ate lots of yummy food.....We went over to a friends house but I still cooked and brought food.......It was a good day......I made a few things for the boys so I will post those pictures.......I guess I need to get to editing my pictures huh....Things have been busy so I have a lot of pictures to post.......Lots of Bella cards and Hanna cards.....We had a girls night out last weekend for a girlfriends birthday and that was the most girl fun I have had in a while.....We eat and drank and we did makeup and took pictures and then we went out dancing........What a great time we had.......Thanks girls.......Vernon was off for a week after his surgery and has now completely recovered and things are back to normal and good to go.......I have been cooking a lot which means I have probably also been putting on weight.......Yea not so good......I have hung up three of the four window treatments that I made and plan to get the last one up this week.......I have made 3 1/2 of the 6 or 7 pillows that I'm making to match.......So things have been getting done but things on the computer not so much......Well enough talk now I shall get to work on posting pictures.......Have a great afternoon and I'll be back.......
