Happy Birthday BFF Bella Card

Can you believe that July is over....How did that happen....Although I must admit that I am so ready for the summer to be over.....Today is the first day of school for us (Yippee) so I actually have my house back (Yippee) with both boys at school and my DH at work....I'm so going to enjoy this....I would like to thank you wonderful ladies that come and look at my blog and take the time to leave comments it is so nice to hear your feedback.....It's awesome meeting all of you talented ladies that share my passion for anything paper crafted/slightly altered and handmade.....Thanks so very much.....As you can tell I have changed my blog again....What do you think....My friend Kellie said that the black was to distracting and it takes away from my projects.......So I went with the white but it still has some color......Do you think it's still distracting.......Is a standard white background better......What do you think......I love for things to be cute so I always want to add a little something but if it doesn't look good then I would go with a plain blog layout.....O.K. enough with the chit chat.......Hope you are all having a wonderful day.....

Now about the card.......This is a birthday card for a girlfriend that I have known since the 7Th grade and we still talk almost daily......Love Love Kim....Although we live far apart now and don't see each other as often as we would like she still means the world to me and is one of those people that truly knows me (the good things & the not so good things) and still loves me anyways.....Thanks for always being there......Your the best......

I of course used my nestabilites dies, SU word window punch, SU Creative License Simply Scrappin kit, Prima flowers, Bella Stamp, SU sentiment stamp and Autumn leaves stitched journal stamp....Ink is Versafine (embossed with clear embossing powder) and I colored with Copic Markers (as always)

Here is another Bella card that I made......I know I'm almost done with this paper......Just putting the last of it away tonight.......I'm not sure if this is familiar to you or not but often times when I get angry or depressed I feel the need to go shopping.....I guess it's better than eating....So this Retail Therapy was just what I needed the other day and so I was inspired to make this card....She came out so cute......I used purple stickles and my purple copic glitter pen...SU word window punch, Nestabilities and cuttle bug embossing folder.....The retail therapy stamp is rubber romance I think.....Well I have to finish up my cards with the new magnolia stamps....They are so fun and I think I want them all......Humm sounds familiar......Happy Friday....

Well as you can still see using up this Making Memories Paper........I love coloring these bellas.....So fun....I made two and I used a few more buttons but these were more work because I used the embroidery floss.....

A Few Bellas

I love the Grillafella but I don't have that one I have the beerafella.....So I used the BBQ Grill from Hanna's Patriotic Set and then King of the Grill from Gina K designs......I also stamped a little background with an old Stampin Up Set. I really liked the way it came out.....

Bellabusta I just love her.....I bought this awhile ago but had yet to inked her up so this is my first try.......I used an old hostess simply scrappin kit and did some paper piecing and Ta Da....This is what I came up with.....Do you like?

A Few Bellas

I really love this MM paper.......It's super old but for some reason I seem to have a lot of it.....So I have been trying to use it up......Pretty simple card I guess......
JUST A THOUGHT: Sometimes my Primas don't match the color combo I'm using so what have started doing is I just color a white prima with my copic marker and then it matches perfect

I love this Bella.....She is so cute.....Since I ride with my husband
of course I had to get this one......I am sad to say I have not used
it all that much.....I really seem to be on this blue & red kick...I
guess because it's almost Fourth of July.....I have been making cards

Well I finally have another shipment ready to send off to http://www.cardsforheroes.org/.......I really enjoy sending cards for this it makes me feel like I'm contributing in some very small way.......Plus being a military spouse I know how meaningful it can be to get a simple card in the mail when you loved one is away.......I need to finish up my postabella cards and get them sent out.......So me to wait until the very last possible day to get them mailed out......Got to love it......I will check back later have a Happy Friday......Love Love

Cakeabella.....I made this Happy Birthday card with some left over scraps.....I also used copic markers to color and nestabilities and SU Happy Birthday Stamp.....Size is 4X4

This is I think my first Fella Card......Beerafella with his beer covered up with the bottle cap which I stamped on with Stazon and I cut out Dad with quickutz

Well it's Wednesday.....The week is half way over.....I have been busy this week trying to get things finished in my craft room and getting pictures taken of projects that I have completed....That is a lot of work you know.....So my question is how is it that I have a million uncompleted projects and still find myself starting new ones.......How do I learn to stay on top of one project at a time......My husband claims that it's because I get inspired by something else and yet another great idea comes into my mind and I get side tracked.....Which is a nice thing to say but I'm not so sure that it's true......So my goal is to wrap up all the half completed cards on my desk right now........Hum how will I do that.....Well enough about my bad habits.....Here are a few more cards I have made...I'm such a bellaholic....Hope you enjoy them......Have a great day and just think the week is half way over.......Love Love

My Bella Book

This is a Bella book that I'm working on......I have it mostly put together just need to finish a few of the pages and add some more embelishments.......Love it.......Love these colors........Well Just love Bella........Cant seem to add to my collection fast enough........I pulled out this old doodlebug paper that I have had for a long time and thought that Bella would be perfect for it......Just wanted to share and will post the pictures when the project is actually completed......What do you think.......Love Love
